Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing personality, a strong understanding of child development, and a love for working with young children aged 2.5 to 5 years. The role includes delivering age-appropriate curriculum in a fun and engaging manner that promotes cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a creative and engaging early childhood curriculum. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Use a variety of teaching techniques including storytelling, educational play, and hands-on activities. Assess each child’s developmental needs and progress through observations and documentation. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians through meetings, newsletters, and progress reports. Maintain classroom cleanliness, order, and hygiene. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events and projects. Uphold school policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
