Job Description

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2–5 years. This role involves designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, and preparing young learners for primary education. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Planning & Implementation : Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Classroom Management : Create a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Assessment & Documentation : Monitor and document children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians. Parental Communication : Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding their child's development and well-being. Collaborative Engagement : Work closely with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the classroom.
