Job Description

Scope Calling hot leads generated from various sources and generating potential customer walk-ins to various project sites of Sunteck. Role & responsibilities Outbound calls to leads shared via different medium and sharing information about the Sunteck properties to the prospects. Aim at the higher site visits. Create a better customer relationship. Call to walking ratio to be more than 10% Follow the script guidelines and quality measures Proactive approach in order to resolve customer queries and propose or provide the best possible deal Keep a track of follow ups and make out bound calls to the prospects Prepare a daily call summary report and submit the same to HOD Provide the finest customer experience during all the conversation and aim at the customer delight Preferred candidate profile 12th pass, 2-3 years of presales/ outbound sales experience Should have handled target based outbound sales Excellent communication & coordination skills. English speaking is must Should be able to converse in the following languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati Experience of sales force/ SFDC is preferred. Team player and open to learning - Customer centric Excellent hands-on experience working in Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook/ mails Open to work in shifts Working Hours: Shift Timings 10 am to 6:30 pm Workdays 6 days working (Week-off will be one day between Monday to Friday) Job Location Vile Parle (East) Eligible candidates should email their CVs to harpreet.sandhu@sunteckindia.com/ juthika.gupta@sunteckindia.com with subject as Presales Advisors.
