Job Description

Position Overview: ➒ Inside Sales Executive will focus on selling our K12 segment offerings, which include academic courses and preparation programs for competitive examinations. The role targets customers in India, the Middle East, the US, and the UK. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. ➒ PreSales Associate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This role is critical in ensuring a strong sales pipeline and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities of a Inside Sales Executive: Leadgeneration & Prospecting: β—‹ Identify and qualify potential customers in the K12 education sector across India, the Middle East, the US, and the UK. β—‹ Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound leads. Sales & Customer Engagement: β—‹ Conduct product presentations and online demos to prospective customers. β—‹ Understand the unique needs of each customer segment (academics and competitive examinations) and offer tailored solutions. β—‹ Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into enrolments. β—‹ Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management. Relationship Management: β—‹ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. β—‹ Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Market Research & Strategy: β—‹ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. β—‹ Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine our offerings and marketing strategies.
