Klassify Data Classification Suite: Automates classification of unstructured data based on sensitivity, guiding users to apply appropriate labels and enabling integration with security controls like DLP, IRM, and encryption. 2. Klassify Data Discovery & Compliance Suite: Identifies discover and analyses structured and unstructured sensitive data across IT assets, enabling risk-based remediation and ensuring compliance with regulations like PCI DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA and provides complete data visibility. 3. Klassify Card Data Discovery Suite (KCDD): Detects and analyses unprotected credit/debit card data to help organizations meet PCI DSS compliance requirements. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Pre-Sales Engineer / Consultant to join our growing team. You will serve as a vital link between our sales team and prospective clients, crafting tailored technical solutions and clearly articulating the business value of Klassify’s data security and compliance platforms . Key Responsibilities: · Engage with clients to understand their data security needs and map them to Klassify solutions · Deliver compelling product demos and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) · Assist in RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical insights · Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convey client feedback · Develop solution architectures tailored to customer environments Skills Required: · Experience with any of the solutions like DLP, IRM, CASB, encryption, and access control systems etc. · Knowledge of file system and data flow architecture, Scripting and automation for data labelling/classification policies. · Understanding of Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) and security labelling frameworks · Grasp of endpoint and server architectures, network storage, and databases (MSSQL, Oracle etc.) · Experience with sensitive data discovery, data risk scoring, and compliance mapping · Familiarity with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and CCPA · Data analysis and reporting tools will Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate product solutions. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients. Create and deliver customized technical content for RFPs, proposals, and customer presentations. Address client technical queries and provide timely, accurate solutions to build trust and confidence. Work closely with the product management team to understand and communicate product features, roadmaps, and updates. Assist in the creation of technical sales collateral, such as datasheets, case studies, and marketing presentations. Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to influence product improvements and enhancements. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote solutions and engage potential clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or related role. Strong understanding of multiple front-end and back-end technologies. Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in creating technical documentation, sales proposals, and solution overviews. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of successful solution selling. Knowledge of programming languages, tools, or platforms is an added advantage. Exposure to or experience with Cyber Security solutions is a strong plus.
