Role & responsibilities Lead Management & Qualification: Conduct initial telephonic or virtual consultations to understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and urgency. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Effectively communicate project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and USPs to potential buyers. Build rapport and trust with prospective clients to foster a positive first impression. Schedule site visits and meetings with the RM/Sales Manager for qualified leads. Develop a strong understanding of the company's various projects, their unique features, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, exhibitions, and open houses. Generate daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate
