The trainee will work under the guidance of experienced professionals in the production and quality departments, gaining hands-on experience in both production processes and quality control. This role is ideal for freshers with a diploma in plastic technology who are eager to build a career in the plastic injection molding industry.Key Responsibilities: Production Department:1.Assist in the operation of plastic injection molding machines.2.Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure efficiency.3.Support in troubleshooting and resolving any machine or production issues.4.Assist in the setup of machines, molds, and raw materials.5.Ensure adherence to production standards, timelines, and safety protocols.6.Record and analyse production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.7.Assist in maintaining inventory of raw materials and finished products.8.Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.Quality Department:1.Assist in quality control inspections for incoming materials and finished products.2.Perform regular checks and testing of molded products to ensure they meet quality standards.3.Identify defects and deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.4.Record quality metrics, and support in preparing quality documentation and reports.5.Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality.6.Support in maintaining the certifications and quality documentation (e.g., ISO).7.Work closely with both production and maintenance teams to identify root causes of quality issues.Required Qualifications: Diploma in Plastic Technology (Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply)Skills: 1. Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes (basic understanding). 2.Good analytical skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4.Basic understanding of quality control methods and production standards. Training & Development:On-the-job training in plastic injection molding processes and quality control.Exposure to both production and quality-related tasks to gain comprehensive knowledge of the industry.Mentorship from senior engineers and managers.

Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Diploma Electrical Engineering etc.Skills: Proficient in electrical panel design, installation, and troubleshooting for injection molding machines and plant utility systems.Strong understanding of electrical circuits, motor controls, power distribution systems, and plant utility infrastructure.Experience with PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI systems, including troubleshooting and modifications to optimize machine performance.Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.At least 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in the plastic parts manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in plastic injection molding or similar industrial manufacturing processes.Experience with the maintenance of plant utilities (e.g., compressed air, cooling systems, HVAC, power distribution, etc.) and their integration with injection molding systems.Hands-on experience with electrical control panels, electrification systems, motor control systems, and utility infrastructure.
