Job Description

Location: Barakhamba, Delhi Department: Business Development Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Presales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process by preparing persuasive, high-quality proposals and presentations, ensuring the company's offerings meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Presales Support: Engage with sales teams and clients to understand project requirements, pain points, and technical needs. Provide solution demonstrations during client meetings, identifying key business drivers, and assisting in product/service selection. Collaborate with stakeholders to create clear, compelling, and customer-focused value propositions that align with client objectives. Proposal Writing: Lead the creation and management of responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs (Requests for Information), and other client inquiries. Write, edit, and produce well-structured, customized proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value of our solutions. Ensure proposals meet client requirements, technical specifications, and legal standards while adhering to deadlines. Proposal Strategy: Analyze customer requirements and design solutions that best fit the business needs and objectives. Work with technical teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions and manage any technical content within proposals. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and subject-matter experts to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company standards. Participate in internal kick-off meetings and discussions to understand new projects, offerings, and client expectations. Provide feedback and insights from proposal writing experience to improve the sales and proposal processes. Presentation Support: Assist in preparing customer presentations, demonstrations, and webinars to effectively communicate solution benefits. Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain proposals, clarify details, and answer any questions or concerns. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Use insights from market research to improve proposals and adapt the approach to current market conditions. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in presales support, proposal writing, or business development. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
