Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Lead Qualification: Connect with potential students who have inquired about online degree courses and assess their eligibility. Initial Screening: Ask relevant questions to understand their education background, career goals, and budget. Scheduling Appointments: Book consultation calls with Senior Consultants for in-depth counseling. Follow-ups: Engage with prospective students to ensure smooth enrollment. CRM & Database Management: Update lead status and maintain accurate records in CRM. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly lead conversion goals. Preferred candidate profile: Experience: 1-4 years in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales / Telesales / Customer Support (preferably in EdTech, Online Education, or B2C Sales). Excellent Communication: Strong spoken and written skills in English & Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Sales & Target Driven: Must be comfortable handling outbound calls and guiding students to the right courses. CRM Knowledge: Experience with lead management and basic CRM tools is a plus. Education Background: Graduates (BBA, BCom, BCA, BA, BTech, MBA preferred).
