Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound property inquiries (calls, emails, online leads). Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate property options. Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location benefits, and payment plans. Schedule site visits and follow up with potential buyers to ensure engagement. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and activity logs. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotional activities and lead management. Provide pre-sales support materials such as brochures, pricing sheets, and presentations. Assist in organizing and participating in real estate exhibitions and promotional events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of local real estate market trends is an advantage. Preferred Qualities: Customer-centric attitude with a consultative approach. High level of enthusiasm, energy, and self-motivation.
