Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research , online portals, and cold calling . Customer Interaction: Understand client requirements and offer personalized property solutions tailored to their needs. Presentations & Demos: Deliver product presentations , site tours , and property demonstrations to prospects. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create and update sales materials, presentations, and brochures. Customer Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients to maintain relationships and close deals. Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends , competitor activities, and local market conditions to provide informed recommendations to clients. Key Skills & Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales , real estate sales , or a related role in the real estate industry . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions . Good understanding of real estate markets , particularly in Pune. Experience in CRM tools and lead management. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
