Role & responsibilities 1.Handling in bond & Out bond calls, emails & What's app inquiries. 2. Qualifying and categorizing leads based on interest and readiness to buy. 3. Maintaining & updating the CRM with lead details and follow-up status. 4.Understanding customer requirements & suggesting suitable projects. 5.Scheduling and coordinating site visits with potential customer. 6.Providing detailed information about the project, pricing & amenities. Preferred candidate profile 1.Strong verbal & written communication in English,Hindi & Marathi. 2.Ability to qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. 3.Strong convincing abilities to generate interest in projects.
