About the job: We're looking for a nutrition-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, your expertise in nutrition will help guide potential customers toward the right health and weight management solutions. You'll be the first point of contact for individuals looking for real, lasting change and your knowledge will be key in helping them make informed decisions. Key responsibilities: 1. Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and messages 2. Understand their health and nutrition goals, and recommend our personalized solutions 3. Provide expert guidance rooted in nutritional science, not just sales scripts 4. Qualify leads and nurture them through the decision-making process 5. Update and manage customer interactions using CRM tools 6. Address product-related inquiries with empathy and scientific accuracy 7. Collaborate with the sales and product team to continuously improve messaging and offerings 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest in nutrition, weight management, and industry trends Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: have minimum 1 years of experience are from Mumbai only Salary: ₹ 4,00,000 /year Experience: 1 year(s) Deadline: 2025-05-31 23:59:59 Skills required: Client Interaction and Client Relationship Management (CRM) Other Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (required or in progress) Strong understanding of weight management and dietary planning principles Confident communicator who can simplify complex nutrition concepts for customers Passionate about helping others improve their health through food and lifestyle Familiarity with CRM tools and comfort with digital communication channels Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Previous customer-facing experience is a plus (but not required) About Company: Pluckk is a start-up that delivers lifestyle needs through trends like immunity, low carb, gluten-free, and plant-based meals, with an understanding of food trends, sourcing residue-free, chemical-free produce and presenting them in the form of meal kits, salads, and pan-ready options.
