Job Description The Presales Manager will be responsible for driving lead qualification, property presentations, and client engagement to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. This role involves understanding client requirements, creating tailored solutions, and providing a seamless transition from inquiry to active sales engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills and have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market. Responsibilities Manage and qualify inbound leads by understanding client requirements and aligning them with suitable luxury properties. Develop and deliver impactful property presentations to prospective clients. Coordinate property tours, ensuring clients are provided with a premium experience showcasing the propertys exclusivity and features. Collaborate with the marketing team to align presales activities with ongoing campaigns. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and preferences using CRM tools. Provide sales teams with client insights and support in crafting personalized sales pitches. Assist in creating customized proposals and presentations for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics, providing recommendations for process improvements. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches to enhance client engagement strategies. Build strong relationships with developers and channel partners to access premium property inventories. Requirements Requirements Skills & Competencies Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-profile clients. Proficiency in CRM tools and other lead management platforms. Strong analytical skills to understand client requirements and align them with available inventory. Excellent presentation skills with a flair for crafting compelling property narratives. Familiarity with the luxury real estate market and client expectations. Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience 5-8 years of experience in presales, business development, or sales support, preferably in luxury real estate or a related industry. Proven track record of managing high-value client interactions and achieving lead conversion targets. Attributes Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
