Job Description

Pre-Sales Manager The Presales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the presales activities within the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to clients. The Presales Manager will work with sales, marketing and delivery teams to drive the successful acquisition of new business and the growth of existing accounts. Key Responsibilities · Work with sales to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions · Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations · Create detailed proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs. · Coordinate internally to ensure proposals are technically accurate and feasible. · Act as a technical advisor and product advocate for clients. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. · Understand client needs and business challenges to provide innovative solutions. · Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in technology. · Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market demands. · Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's service and solution offerings. · Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to develop Account selling strategies. · Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs. · Contribute to the development of sales tools, training, and marketing collateral. · Track and report on presales activities and outcomes. · Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Additional Note · Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. · Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role · Experience in the IT Sector and exposure to BFSI, Fintech is highly desirable. · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Customer obsession with a passion for delivering exceptional service. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
