Highlight of the engagement opportunity Nature of role: Full time Number of years of experience expected: 3-10 years Areas of past experience preferred: Consulting /Pre-sales/ System implementation Educational qualification expected: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or any professional qualification such as MBA Preferable additional certifications: Azure and AWS certifications related to data management, data analysis, cloud infrastructure setup and management, MS Power Apps and PowerBI certification Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English Key responsibility areas: Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas such as credit risk, balance sheet management, ALM, FTP, Market risk, operational risk and compliance management. Work back with the product development and sales teams to understand client demo requirements and build compelling proof of concept demos. Functional and product expertise to be part of the solution team to define client offering Undertake client demos and explain the product features Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP requirements Create technical and commercial proposals Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements Build collateral and other marketing material content pertaining to the Techworks products Support in the awareness initiatives for the product including but not limited to development of training packs, learner videos, feature explanation videos and classroom training Undertake feature benchmarking with other similar products and work back with the development team on development for the features. Other important information: Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India Period of engagement: Internship with an opportunity to convert to a full-time role Probation period: 6 months Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process. Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.
