Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property advisory services. Daily tasks will include consulting, customer service, conducting market analysis, preparing sales presentations, and supporting the sales team through the sales cycle. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and property evaluations Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Consulting and providing tailored property advice Presales experience in real estate or related industries Proactive and results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad real estate market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field Show more Show less
