Title: Senior Manager - Presales/ Department: Presales/ Location: Head Office (Vile Parle East) Purpose The role is responsible for driving the success of a presales team by managing and motivating team members to achieve sales targets (Walkin targets). Key Performance Areas (KPAs) 1. Strategic Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance and achieve departmental targets. Set clear team goals and sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives Analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 2. Team Management Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pre-sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. 3. Performance Monitoring Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results. 4. Interactions Ensure high standards of customer service by resolving customer issues and handling escalations. Work closely with other departments to optimize sales processes and solutions. 5. This role has a rotational weekly offs schedule. Qualifications & Experience Essential Education: A bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred. Experience: Proven experience of 12 years in a presales/ tele sales/ outbound sales with a min of 5 years in leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. 3 years of experience in managerial role in a real estate company Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to make informed decisions. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and motivate the team. Knowledge of Real Estate marketing Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and presales tools Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer issues and team challenges.
