Job Title: Presales Experience : 0-2 Years Location: Chennai Department: Sales Reports To: Team Lead Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services. Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and address their queries. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product or service information. Persuade prospects to purchase by demonstrating the value and benefits of the offering. Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns or referrals. Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
