Job Title: Preschool Coordinator Location: South Mumbai Organization: Activity Infant School Early Learning Centre (AIS ELC) Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years Education: Post-Graduate The Role: We seek a Dynamic, Detail-oriented, and Passionate Preschool Coordinator to Join our Leadership Team. The Ideal Candidate will Oversee the School's Academic Operations, Enhancing Curriculum Delivery, Supporting Teacher Development, and Ensuring High Standards of Early Childhood Education. Requirements: The candidate must possess a Post-Graduate Degree in Education or a related field. The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar academic or administrative leadership role in the preschool or early learning sector. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The candidate must be advanced in computer literacy and proficient in MS Office, digital tools, and academic software. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities. The candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, passionate about early childhood education. The candidate must be a team player with a nurturing personality and high emotional intelligence. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced and detail-driven environment. The candidate must reside in or around South and Central Mumbai (mandatory). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the School's Leadership Team and Report Directly to Management. Assist in Developing, Implementing, and Evaluating the Integrated Curriculum. Ensure Smooth Day-to-Day Operations and Support Teaching Staff to Meet Academic Goals. Coordinate Lesson Planning, Classroom Observations, and Documentation of Student Progress. Plan and Organize Academic Events, Workshops, and Training Sessions. Maintain Strong Communication with Parents, Addressing Queries and Concerns Professionally. Maintain Detailed Records and Reports for Academic Evaluation and Management Review. Be a Proactive Problem Solver and Support the Administrative and Academic Needs of the School.
