We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Preschool Teacher to join our team at Firstcry Intellitots Preschool. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing the cognitive, emotional, and social development of young children. You'll create a safe, engaging, and educational environment that fosters curiosity and excitement for learning. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery : Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons that stimulate learning in areas such as language, mathematics, art, motor skills, and social development. Classroom Management : Create and maintain a positive, well-organized, and safe classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and interactions. Student Supervision : Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, both inside and outside the classroom. Child Development Observation : Observe, assess, and document children's progress, noting developmental milestones and areas of growth. Individualized Attention : Provide individualized or small group instruction to meet the varying developmental needs of students. Engagement with Parents : Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's development, progress, and needs. Attend parent-teacher meetings as required. Collaboration : Work as part of a team with other educators, administrative staff, and specialists to provide a holistic approach to student development. Support Emotional and Social Growth : Foster a nurturing environment where children feel emotionally supported, secure, and valued. Maintain Classroom Supplies : Ensure that all classroom materials are available and in good condition. Manage classroom inventory and request new supplies when necessary. Professional Development : Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training to keep up with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications: Education : Degree level graduate or a related field (Bachelors Degree preferred). Experience : 0 - 2 yrs Experience working with young children (preferred, but not required). Certification : Any Certification ( Not Mandatory ) Skills : Strong knowledge of early childhood development. Ability to create an engaging, age-appropriate learning environment. Effective communication skills with children, parents, and staff. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Ability to work as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Desired Attributes: Passion for early childhood education and working with young children. Creative, energetic, and adaptable teaching style. Ability to build positive relationships with young children, parents, and colleagues. A deep sense of responsibility for the children’s well-being and learning. Knowledge of positive behavioral management techniques. Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment where all children feel respected.
