Job Description

The Primary Coordinator at Presidency Group of Institutions is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the primary school division. This role involves managing and supporting the faculty, ensuring the implementation of the curriculum, maintaining academic standards, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Primary Coordinator will be a key liaison between HOi's and Management. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Management : Oversee the implementation of the primary school curriculum in alignment with the institutions educational objectives. Ensure that all teaching materials and resources are up to date and effective. Faculty Management : Supervise and support primary school teachers, provide guidance on teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and classroom management. Conduct regular teacher evaluations and offer professional development opportunities. Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with educational standards, health and safety regulations, and institutional policies. Support the creation of a safe and nurturing environment for all students. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education (B.Ed.), Primary Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or coordinator role within a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of child development, educational psychology, and curriculum planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to motivate and inspire both students and staff. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with current educational technologies and teaching tools. Personal Attributes: Passionate about education and child development. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Compassionate and empathetic toward students and their needs. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work as part of a team.
