Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated **Primary Hindi Teacher** to inspire young learners and cultivate a love for the Hindi language. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lesson planning, classroom management, and creating interactive teaching aids that make learning engaging and effective for students from Grades 1 to 5. Key Responsibilities -Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development* - Develop well-structured lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum. - Introduce innovative teaching strategies to enhance language comprehension and expression. - Integrate stories, poems, and real-life examples to make lessons meaningful. Classroom Management & Student Engagement - Establish a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. - Encourage active participation through discussions, role-playing, and storytelling. - Implement effective strategies to manage student behavior and foster discipline. Creating Teaching Aids & Learning Activitie s - Utilize flashcards, charts, and interactive exercises to enhance vocabulary and grammar skills. - Develop language-based games, songs, and storytelling techniques for a fun learning experience. - Incorporate digital tools, like Hindi learning apps, to support interactive lessons. Assessment & Student Progress Tracking - Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student comprehension and proficiency. - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills. - Modify teaching approaches based on student progress and learning needs. Collaboration & Professional Development - Work closely with colleagues to refine teaching methodologies. - Engage in training programs to stay updated with modern language teaching techniques. - Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and ways to support learning at home. ### **Qualifications & Skills** - Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field. - Teaching certification (CTET or equivalent preferred). - Experience in primary education with a strong grasp of Hindi grammar and literature. - Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. - Excellent communication skills and classroom management abilities.
