Position: Primary Teacher – Mathematics (Grade 1–5, CBSE) Location: Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh Accommodation: On-campus accommodation with meals provided Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to teach students in Grades 1 to 5 under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early mathematics education and the ability to make mathematical concepts enjoyable and easy to understand for young learners. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Teach foundational topics such as numbers, operations, measurements, geometry, patterns, and problem-solving. Use real-life examples, hands-on activities, games, and visual aids to simplify abstract concepts. Foster a positive attitude towards mathematics and build a strong numerical foundation in students. Conduct regular assessments through worksheets, oral tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback. Encourage participation in math-related activities like quizzes, puzzles, and mental math challenges. Maintain discipline and create a friendly and supportive classroom environment. Collaborate with fellow primary teachers and actively participate in school programs and events. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Elementary Education (B.Ed preferred). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in primary grades at a CBSE or equivalent school. Skills: Deep understanding of primary-level math concepts and pedagogy. Ability to teach in a creative, engaging, and student-friendly manner. Good classroom management and communication skills. Strong interest in early childhood mathematics development. Additional Requirements: Willingness to reside on campus and participate in the school’s daily life and extracurricular activities. Capable of conducting remedial or enrichment sessions when needed.
