Company Description Hillwoods Academy at Preet Vihar, Delhi, was established in 1982 and is affiliated with the C.B.S.E., New Delhi. The school prepares students for the All India Senior Secondary School Examination and aims to develop qualities of selflessness, helpfulness, and independence in its students. Over the years, the academy has grown to accommodate a large student body and is spread over three acres of land, with branches in other cities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Principal role located in Delhi, India at Hillwoods Academy - Preet Vihar. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, managing staff, implementing educational programs, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. Qualifications Leadership, Management, and Educational Administration skills Experience of 15 to 20 years either as Vice Principal or Principal (CBSE affiliated School) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in curriculum development and implementation Knowledge of educational regulations and standards Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, staff, and parents Master’s degree in Education or related field Show more Show less
