Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Product Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing strategies and position our products for success in competitive global markets. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven expertise in product marketing, pricing, and go-to-market playbook execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Positioning Strategy Develop and execute compelling positioning strategies for diverse products and modules. Lead efforts in segmentation, targeting, and positioning to ensure alignment with market needs and customer profiles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft messaging that resonates with target audiences. Own the website. 2. Pricing Strategy Management Take ownership of the end-to-end pricing process, including conducting price elasticity analysis. Design and implement dynamic pricing strategies tailored to different geographies and market conditions. Continuously evaluate pricing effectiveness to maximize revenue potential. This includes module packaging 3. Market Research/Analysis Go-To-Market Strategy Conduct competitive analysis and refine positioning strategies for the US, India, and other global markets. Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) playbooks to guide product launches and market entry strategies. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Candidate Requirements Extensive experience in product marketing, ideally at a senior or leadership level. Strong expertise in developing positioning frameworks, pricing strategies, and GTM plans. Proven ability to navigate global markets with a focus on the US, India, and emerging markets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
