Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of complex Angular applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Architect and implement new features and components using Angular, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy and goals. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to build cohesive, user-friendly web applications. Develop and enforce best practices for frontend development, code quality, and software architecture. Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers, providing feedback on code reviews and improving engineering practices across the team. Actively participate in technical decision-making, ensuring technical debt is managed and the application remains scalable and efficient. Stay up-to-date with the latest Angular and frontend trends, technologies, and best practices. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for code performance, user experience, and product reliability. Work closely with the engineering leadership team to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with product goals.
