Job Title: Principal Structural and Durability Engineer Position Overview: As the Lead Structural and Durability Engineer based in India, you will provide global leadership in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), kinematic analysis, and durability analysis. You will support multiple design engineering teams located in various regions and countries, ensuring the successful execution of projects from initial concept through to final implementation, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers in performing FEA, kinematic, and durability analysis for various projects. Develop and implement analysis methodologies and best practices. Review and validate FEA models, kinematic simulations, and durability assessments to ensure accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to integrate analysis findings into overall project designs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members across different locations. Prepare and present detailed technical reports and documentation to stakeholders globally. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in FEA, kinematic, and durability analysis. Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams across multiple regions. Mastery of FEA software such as Simcenter 3D, ANSYS, or similar. Strong understanding of structural mechanics, kinematics, and material properties. Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience in a global context.
