Job Summary:The Branch Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of our security services branch, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of security solutions to clients. This position requires leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of security operations. The Branch Manager is responsible for managing a team of security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving growth for the branch.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Oversee all operations within the branch, ensuring that security services are delivered according to contract specifications.Manage and monitor the performance of security personnel assigned to various client sites.Ensure that security operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.Coordinate schedules for security personnel and ensure adequate coverage at all times.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of security officers, supervisors, and other branch staff.Provide regular training and professional development opportunities for security staff.Conduct performance reviews, offer feedback, and address any performance issues.Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and high standards in security practices.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or service issues.Assist in identifying and proposing new security solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients.Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with clients to assess service quality and ensure compliance.Sales & Business Development: Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to grow the branchs customer base.Promote and sell additional services or security solutions to existing clients.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and business leads.Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns.Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage the branch budget, ensuring that operations remain within financial parameters.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branch operations and service delivery.Oversee the proper invoicing and collection of payments from clients.Handle administrative duties including reports, records management, and regulatory documentation.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations adhere to local laws, industry standards, and company policies.Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential threats to clients and employees.Respond to security incidents or emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and reporting.
