Priority Relationship Manager & NRI Relationship Manager

Job Description

We need candidates who are experienced in managing relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), focusing on financial solutions, cross-selling, customer acquisition, and compliance. Experience Required : 3 -8 years in HNI/NRI customer handling from Banks/NBFC Key Responsibilities: Provide Financial Solutions : Deliver customized financial solutions to Priority and NRI customers while maintaining the highest service standards. Maintain Customer Profiles : Ensure all customer profiles are up-to-date, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets held with the bank. Engage and Enhance Relationships : Foster and deepen relationships with existing clients through targeted engagement activities to increase wallet share. Cross-sell Products and Services : Promote and cross-sell a wide range of the Banks products and services, as well as third-party investment products, to enhance client relationships. Identify Potential Clients : Identify and target potential customers for tailored products, improving product penetration and meeting customer needs. New Customer Acquisition : Actively acquire new customers by converting referral leads into active clients. Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed monthly targets set by the organization. Record Engagement Activities : Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and engagement activities in the CRM system for tracking and analysis. Compliance : Ensure full compliance with KYC, SEBI regulations, and all relevant legislation governing the Bank's operations.
