HCL Tech - Hiring For BE/B.Tech - Mech & ECE – 10 May, 2025 Material order management, SYSTEMS EVALAUATION & ANALYSISFeedback Engineer will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the components of elevator systems, understand the issue related to it’s performance and provide workable resolution to the end user.This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world class customer supportLocation: ChennaiPOC: Freddy Sahai Interview Location HCL Sholinaganallur Elcot tower 4 Ground Floor Responsibilities:- Interpret engineering drawings and other technical documentsBe able to identify correct elevator material that is requiredFollow up with suppliers, factories for material ordered and escalate appropriatelyHandle Feedbacks without delaysAchieve and exceed set targets (Performance, Quality)Meet metrics for safety, sustainability, quality, delivery and cost as a general function of the rolePossess the ability to closely follow instructions and pre-established procedures/SOP to perform the functions of the job required. QUALIFICATIONS Degrees, Certifications, ExperienceMechatronics or B.Tech/ B.E - Mechanical/Electrical/ ElectronicsCandidates from Manufacturing background with an Elevator experience will be preferred0 - 2 years of experience in Manufacturing space TOP REQUIRED SKILLSKnowledge of Elevator maintenance equipmentExcellent knowledge of technical systemsIn-depth knowledge of mechanics, signalization and electronicsRead and interpret elevator drawings - Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic diagrams, plans and drawingsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for End User and Engineer to diagnose the issue and recommend resolutionAbility to build rapport quickly with peopleExcellent time management and organizational skillsIT literate- preferably with experience using Microsoft Office (Outllook, MS Word, Excel,)Possess the ability to work well within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to make decisionPossess effective verbal and written communication skills.Excellent listening and Time management ability TOP REQUIRED BEHAVIORS Ability to empathize toward the end user situation & understand what they are going throughMust have a high attention to detailAbility to manage stressful situations and cope in a fast paced work environmentTo cope with unpredictable work patterns and work well under pressureMust be able to effectively deal with people at all levels [Operations & Enabling functions]Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment RegardsHR TAG - HCL
