Job Requirements Project Management for medium to large sized project for plant/process automation Conduct Risk Assessment and issues Management To work closely and collaboratively project planner/scheduler to define and develop the project plan Project reporting out to all key stake holders Project Monitor & Control Project Team management for resource utilization, ensuring productivity improvement idea implementation Project delivery management: To ensure performance metrices like On Time Delivery Delivery Quality per customer expectations Customer relationship management: Customer feed back management Project review & status reporting to Internal & Customer SPCs Responsible for project budgeting & financials management Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Travelling: 20-30% The Industrial Automation Project Manager reports to the Director of Process and Industrial projects Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Managing the medium and large process/plant automation projects Proven experience in Project risk management, recovery cum mitigation plans Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a challenging and very demanding project delivery schedules Should have working experience to interact and manage multifunctional and multi regional culture teams To motivate the achieve project goals Creation of project performance reports, dashboard and report out to all Key stakeholders
