Tech Mechatronics / Mechanical 6+ Years Experience in relevant field in Assembly/Machining Mandatory Requirements: - Industrial Automation PLC programming. Creative thinking Strong communication skill, to handle shopfloor activities and suppliers for Industrial Automation Experience in Robotics Strong Knowledge in Power tools and Hand tools. Solid Works / Solid edge Knowledge in Simulation tools (Preferably in Ansys). Job description: Knowledge in perform pre-manufacturing analysis Knowledge in Revision and Change management documentation Perform risk analysis, FMEA, and detailed technical specifications for assembly processes. Design and implement process optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve product quality. Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation. Knowledge in packing. Knowledge in the Greasing & Lubricating bearing friction Torque Measurements Knowledge in the High Precision Assembly & Sealing. Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in process engineering technologies, methodologies and best practices. Accountability Safety, Process Validation, Standardization, and Continuous improvements.
