Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Process Design & Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet product specifications and quality standards. Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement new processes, tools, and equipment to enhance production capabilities. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Provide technical support for process issues, troubleshooting root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Production) to resolve process-related issues. Process Documentation & Standards: Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for reducing waste, increasing throughput, and improving quality. Project Management: Lead process improvement projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met. Work with suppliers and vendors to identify new technologies and processes that can improve production efficiency. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with R&D, Quality Control, and Production teams to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Train operators and other team members on new processes, tools, and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. The process design, optimization, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or production environment.
