To develop New SPMs with Automation, Machine sensors to meet Industry 4.0 Practices. To work on Digitalization and interlinking of Traceability systems in Machines by connecting all shop floor machines. Preferred candidate profile LabView Dot net PLC programming - To create new logic, modify improve and add on in existing logics for improvement Vision system installation, Programming using Python program and other inbuilt software's with Keyence, Cognex etc., Servo Motor, Drives, HMI programming, troubleshooting Troubleshooting and improvements in Servo based, Hydraulic and Pneumatic based SPMs Traceability systems - Dot marking, Laser marking handling and its interlink with Machines Proximity switches, Sensors applications Perks and benefits
