Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Process Excellence Lead with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and business transformation. The ideal candidate will lead process improvement initiatives, deploy Lean Six Sigma methodologies, conduct/drive six sigma trainings, improve operational excellence and lead document management process across multiple business service functions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, design, and execute process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Provide Lean Six Sigma training and mentorship, governance and reporting of in progress and implemented projects and measure their success Create a culture focused on Continuous Improvement, challenging status-quo, thinking outside-the-box, and coach, mentor Green-Belts and Yellow-Belts Ensuring operational efficiency by analysing operational data to identify trends, root cause of issues and opportunities of improvement Create, review, edit, and format documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, manuals, workflows, templates, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with established guidelines and standards. Establish and maintain document control processes, including version control, document tracking, distribution, change control process and archival, to ensure that documents are current, accessible, and properly managed throughout their lifecycle. Conduct quality reviews and audits of documents to identify errors, inconsistencies, and non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions and improvements to enhance document quality and integrity. Qualifications: Bachelors degree 2-3 years of experience in six sigma project/PEX team leading and mentoring projects within Finance, Procurement, HR and IT Proficiency in six sigma tools and techniques, strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis. Experience working with tools like VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC/DMADV, 5S, Kaizen, 8D Excellent communication, presentation, change management, and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of other automation tools and technologies. Knowledge of Visio and other tools to create workflow, manuals, Document management etc ISO 2001:2015 Lead Auditor
