Skills: Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Organizational and leadership abilities Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Education: B.E Mechanical Experience: 2 Years Responsibilities: Ensure production schedules are adhered to and met Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Submit daily reports on cleaning, surface preparation, & polishing Coordinate the material flow with other departments and ensure the continuity of production Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues or defects Establish tasks for labor to ensure a clean workplace/housekeeping, including stocking supplies Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Pallavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
