Job Description

Job Summary : The Processor Front Office is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Front Office team in a financial institution or similar environment. This role includes managing customer transactions, handling documentation, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring the smooth processing of client requests while maintaining a high level of service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Process and verify customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. Handle the administrative tasks related to customer accounts, including updates, maintenance, and report generation. Respond to inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding their accounts, transactions, and general queries. Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, compliance, back office) to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and track operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards, and report any discrepancies or issues to the team lead. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, maintaining professionalism at all times. Assist in the preparation and management of client-related documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork. Participate in continuous training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards and regulations.
