Job description : Purchase or Procurement Executive Experience 8-12 years into purchase department in real estate only (must have good communication skills Written & Verbal) Education Graduate or MBA (operations) or Diploma in Material Management Salary package – Based on knowledge and experience Job Location – Borivali East Skills – Familiarity with QC Standards, Cost analysis of Construction Materials, Strong communication skills, Vendor Management, good typing speed, Ms-Office Job Description : Prepare the database of suppliers and vendor for all required material. Prepare Purchase and works contracts Interacting with various suppliers for inviting quotation. Preparing comparative statement of quotations received from vendors. Check bill/invoices received from vendors against GRNs received from site and coordinate with vendor for any discrepancies in bill/invoice. Keeping track of material requirements received from various sites and timely supply of materials as per requirement raised. Prepare & issue purchase order to selected vendors & confirm, also confirm the delivery date & time for the same. Regular follow up with vendors for timely and accurate delivery on site. Coordinate with sites/stores for deliveries and any discrepancies in material received. Carry out Market survey and collect data for cost effective quality alternatives available in market. Adherence to purchase procedures defined in SOP. Prepare and timely submit various MIS reports as per SOP and requirement. Submit your cv on hr@kaustubhgroup.com
