Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination. Evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and update project MIS reports. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and optimize procurement strategies. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field. Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in supply chain management or a related field). Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel for data management and reporting.
