Job Title:Procurement Executive – Real Estate Company:Vistara Prime (Hyderabad-based real estate and construction startup) Job Type:Full-time | Field-based | Immediate Joining Preferred Role Overview:We are looking for a sharp and active Procurement Executive to help us identify, source, and secure residential and commercial properties for our portfolio. The role requires field visits, owner interaction, documentation handling, and strong negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular field visits to identify suitable properties based on company requirements Interact with property owners, agents, and builders to gather listings and close property deals Explain Vistara Prime’s brokerage services and collect property details Coordinate documentation including owner ID proofs, agreement letters, and property details Build a consistent pipeline of verified properties for sales and rentals Report daily activity to the reporting manager/founder with property updates Maintain professional relationships with owners for future business ✅ Requirements:0–2 years of experience in fieldwork, real estate, or business development Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome Must have a two-wheeler and be comfortable with field visits Good negotiation and relationship-building skills Basic knowledge of local real estate areas is an advantage Salary:20,000 – 25,000 per month + performance-based incentives Perks:Fast growth opportunity in a startup Training and field guidance provided Incentives on property closures
