Key Responsibilities: Procurement Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to high-rise luxury residential projects. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and high-quality materials. Material Procurement: Ensure timely sourcing of civil, MEP, finishing, interior, and landscaping materials while maintaining luxury-grade standards. Budget & Cost Control: Optimize costs while ensuring superior quality, keeping within budgetary constraints. Compliance & Contracts: Ensure adherence to contractual terms, government regulations, and industry standards. Supply Chain Management: Streamline logistics and inventory control to align with project timelines. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project teams, architects, and consultants to fulfil procurement needs. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and cost-effectiveness. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in procurement for luxury high-rise residential or commercial projects. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills. Expertise in procurement for civil, MEP, faade, interiors, and high-end finishing materials. Proficiency in ERP systems & procurement software.
