Managing of FM related Hard & Soft FM Services Handling of Technical procurement, AMC, R&M, Turnkey projects requirements Making rate contract for recurring services Well versed in handling of Soft FM services- Faade, Carpet cleaning & shampooing, Pest control, STP, Landscaping etc Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen. Sound analytical and logical ability Vendor management Strategic Sourcing aligned with organisation goals Responsible for development and implementation of supplier specific strategies to drive performance for assigned supplies on quality, delivery and cost objectives Understanding drivers of cost reduction/market information before contract finalization, Using competition for price Preferred candidate profile Graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience in Supply chain management. English communication is must.
