Key Responsibilities: Hands on Experience in RFIs RFP’s RFQ’s, Strategic sourcing, vendor management. Knowledge of Construction materials. Source and procure goods, services and materials from suppliers and vendors. Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers. Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure the best value for the company. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives. PO creation for Project works with Vendor finalization & rate negotiations. Person Specification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Procurement. Should have good communication, negotiation and analytical skills Experience with Contract Management and supplier relationship management.
