Job Title: Procurement Supply Head Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi Company: Valeur Fabtex Private Limited Maximum Age: 35 Years Industry: Education Technology / Skill Development About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Procurement Supply Head to lead our procurement operations with a specific focus on Robotics and AI Kits used in educational and skill development programs. This is a leadership role requiring operational excellence, vendor development, and hands-on experience in high-quality product sourcing and supply chain execution. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end procurement strategy and execution for Robotics, AI Kits, and related educational hardware. Develop and manage vendor networks for high-quality, cost-effective sourcing. Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and inventory planning for ongoing projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Project, Quality, Installation) to ensure seamless supply-chain alignment. Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate pricing and contracts. Implement procurement best practices, digital tools, and cost optimization strategies. Monitor market trends and adapt sourcing strategies for tech-driven educational products. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Handle high-volume procurement linked with Government & Skill Development Projects. Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain, preferably in the education hardware or technology sector . Proven expertise in Robotics kits, AI components , or similar technical products is a must . Strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills. Experience with fast-paced procurement linked to Government or CSR-driven educational projects is a plus. Strong working knowledge of Excel, ERP tools, and supply dashboards. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
