Job Description

Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Graduates (All Branches), ITI (All Disciplines), and Computer Operators/Clerks Location :Germany, Dubai, Luxembourg, New Zealand /Qatar Salary Range : 32 Lac to 70 Lac (Annually) Visa : 5-Year Work Visa Employment Type : Permanent Duty Hours : 8 hours/day Key Responsibilities : Mechanical Engineers : Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components for various projects. Conduct feasibility studies and technical analysis to determine project scope and cost. Coordinate with other engineering teams for cross-functional support. Perform mechanical simulations, tests, and evaluations to ensure quality standards. Provide technical support and solutions to clients and team members. Civil Engineers : Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects (buildings, roads, bridges, etc.). Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and documentation for structural designs. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations. Conduct site assessments and oversee project progress and safety protocols. Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other professionals to manage resources and timelines. Electrical Engineers : Design, develop, and test electrical systems, circuits, and equipment for various projects. Oversee electrical installations and ensure adherence to safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions and faults in systems. Prepare electrical drawings, reports, and specifications for clients and project teams. Collaborate with other engineers to ensure smooth integration of electrical components into projects. Graduates (All Branches) : Assist in various departments, depending on qualifications and field of study (engineering, management, design, etc.). Contribute to ongoing projects, providing analytical support, research, and problem-solving. Engage in team meetings and offer input on project-related strategies and decisions. Participate in skill development programs and training. ITI (All Disciplines) : Perform specialized technical tasks depending on the field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil). Assist engineers in various stages of project implementation, maintenance, and operation. Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools used in construction or manufacturing projects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technical systems. Ensure safety standards are adhered to during installations, inspections, and repairs. Computer Operators/Clerks : Operate computer systems and input data accurately into various software applications and databases. Maintain records, files, and systems, ensuring smooth operation and quick retrieval of data. Generate reports and documentation for internal or external use. Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, organizing correspondence, and managing office tasks. Assist in troubleshooting computer or system issues and liaising with IT departments as necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications : For Engineers (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) : Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Experience : 2-5 years of relevant work experience (depending on the role). Technical Skills : Proficiency in industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, MATLAB). Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and project development. Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers, clients, and stakeholders. For Graduates (All Branches) : Education : Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably related to engineering or technology). Skills : Analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new environments. For ITI-Certified Individuals : Education : ITI certification in any technical field (e.g., electrician, fitter, welder, etc.). Skills : Practical hands-on technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. For Computer Operators/Clerks : Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; proficiency in MS Office and computer operations. Experience : 1-3 years of relevant work experience in administrative or clerical roles. Communication : Good written and verbal communication skills.
