Job Summary: The Product Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting product development by gathering requirements, researching market trends, and analyzing data to inform product strategies. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in working closely with cross-functional teams, conducting in-depth research, and providing insights that drive product innovation and improvement. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities. Analyze user feedback, sales data, and product performance metrics to provide actionable insights for product improvements. Assist in creating detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide development teams and maintain clear communication across teams to ensure alignment on product development initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure product requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Track and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for optimization. Participate in product development meetings and contribute to strategic product decisions. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve product functionality and user experience. Create and maintain product performance dashboards, tracking key metrics and providing insights to inform decision-making. Support go-to-market strategies by providing data-driven insights into customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. 1-5 years of experience as a product analyst, data analyst, or similar role in the SaaS industry. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather insights from various data sources. Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Whimsical) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to the overall product strategy. Basic understanding of data analytics or BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
