Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound customer calls for international clients (US Process) Pitch products and services effectively Upsell or retain customers based on campaign requirements Meet or exceed sales and performance targets Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy Required Candidate Profile: Minimum Qualification: SSC (10th Pass) Languages Required: Fluent in English & Hindi (Punjabi-speaking candidates preferred) Experience: Minimum 1 year in International BPO (Sales/Up-selling/Retention/Collections) Excellent communication and convincing skills Willingness to work in the night shift Shift Details: Timing: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM IST Working Days: 5 days/week Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs Benefits: Performance-based incentives Night shift allowance Growth and learning opportunities Positive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
