Address: 1st Main Road Colony, Anandnagar, Hebbal, Bengaluru, 560024 Key Skills: Product Design Proven ability in Failure analysis (Ingress Test/OQC/Assembly FA/Cross functional FA) and familiar with the 3D CAD UG NX. Understanding knowledge of mechanical design principles, including GD&T, materials and manufacturing processes. Familiar with Assembly Process. Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) Working in PD Lab and know how to use the equipment, do FA, work with clients onsite. Thermal Engineer Proven ability in data modeling and coding, proficient in C/Python/Perl/ Shell or other program languages are desirable Understanding knowledge of Linux/Unix operation system, proficient in common Linux command Experience in debug testing script and equipment Proficient in Windows office software and work in Thermal lab with onsite clients. Fixture Design Proven ability in 3D CAD modeling systems and workflow, UG NX fluency desirable. Understanding knowledge of mechanical design principles, including GD&T, materials and manufacturing processes and Experience of fixtures debug for ME fixtures and Semi Auto. Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) Working in PD fixtures Lab and familiar with OMM, flex bending.
