Join Us in Building the Backbone of Enterprise UX Mitratech is seeking a Product Designer specializing in design systems to lead the evolution of our enterprise design framework. If you’re a detail-oriented designer who thrives on structure, scalability, and systematized design thinking , you can shape experiences used by thousands of enterprise users globally. In this role, you will own and evolve our design system , driving consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all product teams. You’ll also collaborate with the Marketing and Product Design teams to align visual standards and brand expression, ensuring every compnent, token, and asset reinforces our unified user experience. Varied Responsibilities: Enjoy a balance of working on design systems and supporting product initiatives with prototypes and mockups. What You’ll Do: Lead and maintain Mitratech’s design system, including: Figma component libraries Design tokens (color, spacing, typography) Usage documentation and implementation guidelines Accessibility and usability best practices Align with developers to ensure design-to-code consistency; help map components to frontend libraries (e.g., React). Design and deliver high-quality illustrations, icons, and visual elements for enterprise web-based applications in collaboration with the Marketing team to align with brand guidelines and messaging. Support product teams with visual guidance and system-based mockups when launching new initiatives. Promote system adoption across the company—gathering feedback, evangelizing standards, and continuously iterating. Support the Senior Product Designer by creating mocks and prototypes for new product initiatives and feature designs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align visuals with user needs and technical constraints. Advocate for visual design best practices, accessibility, and brand consistency across the product suite. Work with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation, leveraging your knowledge of HTML and CSS. Participate in design brainstorming and reviews, providing thoughtful feedback and ideas to improve overall user experiences. What You Bring to the Team: Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field; knowledge of motion design or video editing. 4+ years of experience in digital product design, including: 2+ years focused on design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI architecture. Prior work on B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus. Proven ability to manage and evolve Figma design systems—from components to documentation to token management. Solid understanding of visual design principles, including layout, color theory, spacing, typography, and iconography. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and usability heuristics. Technical Skills: Programming knowledge, understanding of HTML and CSS, and ability to collaborate effectively with developers. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools like After Effects or Lottie is a strong plus. Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects) and Figma. Prototyping Skills: Experience creating interactive prototypes for new features or designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment, including Marketing and Product Design teams. Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive mindset: You can define structure in ambiguity, guide others on best practices, and advocate for design quality. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visual assets, illustrations, icons, and prototypes that enhance user experiences.
